We'll take care of every detail for you, from process re-engineering or the creation of a project plan incorporating a detailed procedures manual, agreed work-flow processes and service levels to the establishment of all bank and securities accounts.
We will give you regular progress updates up until the live date, in addition to having regular reviews following implementation in order to gain feedback.

Our expert share plan administration teams based in Purley, Halifax and Jersey deliver the back office support required to provide the high service standards detailed in the service level agreements set up for each client. We encourage all members of our share plan administration teams to study for either the ICSA or CEP share plan qualifications.
