Client Relationship Managers

Each client has access to a dedicated Client Relationship Manager from day one, who will do their utmost to ensure the smooth running of your share plans, including the development and implementation process, and ongoing administration.  The Client Relationship Managers are able to provide regular support and updates, allowing you to focus on your own business whilst we look after your share plans for you.

Implementation and Project Management

Whether you wish to implement a brand new plan or migrate an existing plan across to HBOS EES, our Product Development and Projects teams will work in partnership with you to make this happen.  We'll take care of every detail for you, from process re-engineering or the creation of a project plan incorporating a detailed procedures manual, agreed work-flow processes and service levels to the establishment of all bank and securities accounts.

We will give you regular progress updates up until the live date, in addition to having regular reviews following implementation in order to gain feedback.

Marketing and Communications

The HBOS EES Marketing team are on hand to plan, implement and review communications campaigns that are both informative and creative in order to effectively convey an understanding of your plans to your employees.  This will not only educate your employees on the potential benefits, but also maximise employee participation.  Find out more.

Operational Teams

Our expert share plan administration teams based in Purley, Halifax and Jersey deliver the back office support required to provide the high service standards detailed in the service level agreements set up for each client.  We encourage all members of our share plan administration teams to study for either the ICSA or CEP share plan qualifications.

Multi-Lingual Employee Contact Centre

An accessible, experienced and multi-lingual Contact Centre is an essential part of the support we offer.  This dedicated, highly trained team is on hand 24 hours a day at least 5 days a week to answer any queries your employees may have regarding your share plans.  Find out more.
