Global Share Plans

Global or country specific share plans are designed to give companies the facility to offer share incentives to employees ensuring local legislation and regulations are met while expert administration meets local constraints. 

A high degree of flexibility is possible with these plans due to their un-approved nature, and at HBOS EES we are able to offer the systems, processes and expertise in order to ensure they are administered to meet local requirements.

We have multi-currency distribution capability which is utilised to coordinate treasury, banking and brokerage requirements as well as distributions and fund transfers in multiple currencies and jurisdictions.  Where plans require, savings can be managed either centrally in the UK, or in the local territories or on a 'phantom' basis if there are currency or exchange restrictions.
