We are aware that effective communication with employees is key in helping them to understand their plan participation and manage their share plan holdings.   With this in mind, our dedicated contact centre is on hand 24 hours a day, 5 days a week to respond to participant queries by phone or email, in a multitude of languages.  The team are highly trained in order to represent your brand and ensure that your employees receive the highest standards of care.

For an employer that runs a global or country specific plan, its employees are more likely to engage in that plan with a provider who affords them access to a local language helpline to answer their questions and assist in the application process.  HBOS EES is that provider.
